I don't even know what I'm doing online and or writing my thoughts for others to see and comment on. you see when it comes to politics I keep my thoughts sort of close to the vest and know one has ever accused me of being a vocal activist or writer for that matter. Im just your average guy trying to live right, raises mychildren the best wat that I can and just try to be a good person. Although this world of ours is moving in such a big hurry, i'm not. there is so much going on that is affecting the live of my fellow Americans poor folks in particular, that I feel compelled to weigh-in on what i see is happening in and to our country these days. Please excuse my spelling, i never was a good speller as you can see but i hope you can figure it out anyway. You see issues that confront my children, community in myself in particular are never addressed. The people with the voice tell the story and they also tend to be the people with the money. I live in a high crime, high drug, high violence are. the San francisco Bay Area  to be more specific. Between small cities such as Oakland, Richmond and yes San Francisco California, those three cities will have a combined 330+ murders this year. Many of those accosiated with Black on Black crime. Where you see such high rates of violence you also tend to see high drug use, prostitution,low eductional attainment and many other types of illegal activity. But, let me be very clear that these modern day thugs, gangsters, pimps, and criminals represent a small segment of the overall community if there even from that particular community. The canidate don't touch these issues because this issue in particular is beyond there scope. Most folks don't live in a constant state of terror but far to many do in todays inner-cities. Many of us have been at war here in our crime ridden communities for years. Children are using drugs and dropping out of school at 8 years old these days sometimes younger. people say where is the parent. She may be on drugs, have a pimp, young and irresponsible, have a abusive boy friend or maybe she is going to school, working and trying to keep her head above water. Maybe she has no support and or family for help and her baby daddy is gone. In most cases there is nobody from the school district who is going to call. The schools accept little to no parent participation. The teachers are overwhelmed and many just dont care anymore. No matter how bad a teacher is, the teachers union will protect and instill the notion that it is us against them. Our children sit in front of computers, video games, television, listen to ipods, mp3 players and neglect picking up a book or getting exercise. Morals are taught online and foul language, racial slurs, and doing whatever you want to no matter what the impact is par for the course these days. Parents party with their kids and curse a long to rap music right along with their child. the divorce rate is through the roof and men will leave their mate for the next best thing smoking down the tracks and women will just as quick. We are a society that is well beyond being morally corrupt but a sense of anomie has infected our entire country. Power and greed rule the day every day. Prices are manipulated and CEO's are given 100 million dollars when the leave a corporation but who cares. Can you say tax break three times really fast. Why do my kids talk back all the time. why are my friends so different or is it me. We like a mess and we like to gossip about anything. The media know makes up stories and pushes it at there pleasure. brittany spears 16 year old sister is all ovet the news because she is having a baby thats news in our pathetic society. She is a kid and the media saida she lost her innocense. She made a mistake and she is the poster child for everything bad about a teen. Hillary Clinton say anything and lies all the time but she rarely gets called on it because she is a media darling. She has her people leak mean spirite comments about others and says soory after the fact and then she turns around and does it again. do you think Hillary would spend any time in the inner-cities on our issues. Please! She is an uptown girl who could careless about the plight of the poor. Edwards only cared because he was getting 40% of the take from suing coporations. Edwards would take 40% and the victims would have to split the other 60%. Usually there would be hundreds of people splitting that 60%. Yeah Mr. Edwards your a real people champion.
